Brenda Schmitt joins the Conti Moore Law Team as a remote Paralegal specializing in family law! Brenda has over 30 years of legal experience in the areas of domestic relations, personal injury, medical malpractice, probate, criminal, workers’ compensation, and real estate. 

Brenda reviews mandatory disclosures and audits discovery documents. She also prepares draft motions, affidavits, spreadsheets, correspondence, reports, and other pleadings. She maintains attorney calendars, tracks deadlines, and issues the appropriate reminders. She also schedules mediations, depositions, trials, and hearings. Brenda has strong communication and organizational skills. She strives to communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, counsel, and court representatives. She has experience with electronic filing procedures and policies in courts throughout the country.  

Brenda was born and raised in Baltimore County, Maryland, and now calls Bethany Beach, Delaware home with her husband of 35 years. She enjoys her family and especially her two granddaughters. They often travel, boat, read, and maintain the garden
