Associate Attorney
Amina Turner, Esq. is an Associate Attorney dutifully providing outstanding legal services to Conti Moore Law Divorce Lawyers, PLLC clients. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida where she became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and solidified her commitment to community service.
After completing her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Attorney Turner went on to obtain a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Florida A&M University College of Law. During her time at Florida A&M University College of Law, Attorney Turner was a board member of the Phi Alpha Delta service organization.
As a law student, Attorney Turner was particularly interested in juvenile and family law. As such, she participated in a numerous amount of clinics such as the FAMU Law Homelessness Clinic. While participating in this particular clinic, Attorney Turner’s primary roles consisted of assisting indigent family law clients by advising them of their rights, preparation of their legal documents for filing, and overseeing case management.
Attorney Turner is a moderate Spanish speaker. Her employment experience includes practice areas such as family law, personal injury, and estate planning. To this regard, she brings a great wealth of knowledge and skills gained through relevant work experience to the clients of Conti Moore Law Divorce Lawyers, PLLC.
Attorney Turner has successfully represented clients in a plethora of family law matters, such as dissolution of marriage (divorce), establishment of paternity, Department of Revenue child support proceedings, Administrative child support proceedings, injunction proceedings, disestablishment of paternity, child custody, and visitation rights. She has also spent a great deal of time navigating the often perilous path of child support and whether the matters are being adjudicated within Circuit Court or through the Department of Revenue or Department of Administrative Hearings.
Attorney Turner is also experienced in resolving a vast array of common issues which often occur within a family law matter. These issues include, but are not limited to, mediations, alimony, and temporary relief matters.
Attorney Turner takes pride in thoroughly representing clients and presenting sound legal arguments to the Court. More specifically, she enjoys assisting the Court in making the correct determination by presenting legally sound arguments regarding the assessment of the best interest of minor child(ren), alimony factors, and important statutory factors which work for the benefit of our clients. She is also extremely personable and takes a great deal of pride in being compassionate to our client base.
As such, Attorney Turner is extremely devoted to advocating for her clients and will invest additional time and any additional work necessary in order accomplish the task at hand. In fact, it is Attorney Turner’s attention to fine details and her ability to think critically that has resulted in many successful outcomes for our clients.
Attorney Turner is also an active member of the Florida Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association.
In her spare time Attorney Turner enjoys reading, writing music, trying different foods, traveling, watching comedies, and spending time with family.
