Lawmatics may process personal information on our behalf as a service provider or data processor. Information processed through Lawmatics remains subject to applicable contractual, legal, and privacy requirements.

Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Information relating to prospective clients who do not become clients may remain in our intake and customer relationship management systems after the initial 60-day intake period.
Information relating to individuals who become clients is retained as part of the firm’s client file in accordance with applicable legal, professional, and record-retention requirements. The firm’s current client-file retention practice may include retention for six (6) years.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the nature of the relationship, applicable legal or professional requirements, and other legitimate business needs.
A request to delete personal information does not necessarily require us to delete information that we are legally or professionally required or permitted to retain.
