About Betsy
Betsy is an invaluable member of our team, having joined us in 2022 as our intake specialist. With her warm demeanor and outstanding organizational skills, she is responsible for collecting all essential information from our clients. As the first point of contact, Betsy makes sure clients feel heard and understood by attentively addressing their specific needs and concerns. She expertly guides them through the process of completing intake forms and answers any questions they may have.
Before joining CML, Betsy spent 12 years in the BPO industry, where she refined her skills as a customer service and technical support representative. During her tenure, she was part of various support teams overseeing multiple campaigns and departments, gaining invaluable experience in delivering exceptional customer assistance.
Outside of her professional role, Betsy is a devoted mother to two wonderful children. She treasures the time spent with her family and enjoys every moment. Additionally, she loves to travel whenever the opportunity arises.
