About Jessica Gomez

Jessica Gomez was born and raised in Clearwater, Florida, where her drive and determination were evident from an early age. By 15, she had become an elite-level gymnast and six-time Florida state champion. After concluding her gymnastics career, Jessica shifted her focus to academics and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Florida.

She then attended St. Thomas University College of Law in Miami, where she actively engaged in the legal community as a member of the Student Bar Association and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. During law school, she was honored with the Benvenuti-Mulvey Scholarship, the Honorable Peter T. Fay Scholarship, and served as a Pandemic Quarantine Research Fellow. She also gained practical experience through internships with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office and several private law firms. Jessica graduated Cum Laude in the top 30% of her class.

Upon admission to the Florida Bar, Jessica joined the Office of Regional Conflict Counsel, where she managed over a thousand complex criminal cases across juvenile, misdemeanor, and felony courts. She later transitioned to family law, where she now dedicates her practice exclusively.

Jessica brings a powerful blend of litigation experience, strategic thinking, and heartfelt compassion to her work. She understands the emotional complexities of family law and is committed to guiding her clients with both fierce advocacy and unwavering support. Whether negotiating a settlement or litigating in court, Jessica is deeply invested in achieving the best outcomes for those she represents.
