About Marivette G. Rivera
Marivette González Rivera is an accomplished family law attorney and Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator, licensed in Florida and Colorado.
As Of Counsel to Conti Moore Law Divorce Lawyers, PLLC, she provides legal consultations and strategic guidance, drawing on over a decade of experience in negotiated settlements and complex litigation.
Marivette has guided hundreds of families through matters involving divorce, custody, child support, relocation, modifications, paternity, prenuptial agreements, enforcement actions, and high-asset cases. Known for her compassionate, client-centered approach, she is committed to protecting family relationships while achieving effective resolutions.
A native of Puerto Rico, Marivette earned her degree in Administration of Justice from Rutgers University and her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law, where she was awarded the prestigious Holly Marie Stutz Scholarship.
Her early career includes service as a public defender and as a senior probation officer, where she pioneered one of Florida’s first GPS offender tracking programs and served on multiple public safety task forces.
She has been recognized among the 25 Most Influential Hispanics in Central Florida by Vision Magazine and Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer, named “Attorney of the Year” by Orlando Style Magazine, and featured as a legal analyst on Univision, Telemundo, and Orange County TV.
Marivette remains an active leader in the legal and Hispanic communities, committed to mentorship and access to justice.
