Natalia is our bilingual receptionist and a proud UCF Political Science graduate. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, she is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive, and seamless experience for every person who walks through our doors or calls our office.
A Puerto Rican native, Natalia brings warmth, cultural awareness, and compassionate communication to her role, helping clients feel understood and cared for during challenging times. Beyond the office, she enjoys music, DIY projects, and exploring her love of science—interests that reflect her curiosity and creativity.
