About Attorney Tenesia C. Hall
Tenesia C. Hall brings 25 years of family law experience in Florida’s Ninth Judicial Circuit to every client she represents. Before joining Conti Moore Law Divorce Lawyers, PLLC as Supervising Senior Attorney, she spent 25 years at the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, Inc., where she served in numerous roles, most recently as Family Law Litigation Director, guiding families across Central Florida through some of the most difficult chapters of their lives.
Her practice centers on contested litigation, domestic violence matters, paternity actions, and dissolution of marriage. Managing legal aid operations for that long gave her a rare depth of perspective. She has handled an extraordinary volume and variety of family law matters, and that experience shows in how she approaches every case: methodically, thoroughly, and with genuine care for the people behind the paperwork.
Her leadership extends well beyond the courtroom. She currently serves as the 2026 to 2027 Chair of the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar, the first attorney in her professional category to hold the role in the Section’s 53 year history. In this role, she leads a statewide section of over 4,000 members, overseeing 24 committees and setting priorities around judicial education, leadership development, and support for young lawyers and legal aid communities across Florida. She was appointed to the Advisory Workgroup on the Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Forms on May 19, 2023, and has since been reappointed for successive two year terms effective July 2024 and July 2026, providing input and recommendations to the Florida Supreme Court on the family law forms used statewide.
Tenesia is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority, and she brings that same drive and attention to detail to the way she serves her clients. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling and listening to audiobooks.
When you work with Tenesia, you get an experienced advocate who understands both the legal complexities and the human stakes of family law matters, and who brings a statewide leadership perspective to every case.
