Temika L. Hampton-Johnson, ESQ, is a respected leader known for her decisive decision-making, strategic approach, and exceptional execution. With a diverse background in law, business, and community engagement, she is committed to making a positive impact. Her client-centered approach and deep legal knowledge make her a trusted advisor in labor, criminal, and family law matters. With an MBA and JD, Attorney Hampton is committed to scholarship and continuous learning. She is currently in the process of becoming a certified mediator and arbitrator.

Attorney Hampton is a member of the United States District Court, Middle & Northern District of Florida,  Orange County Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar Association, and the United States Supreme Court Bar Association.

Passionate about criminal justice reform, Attorney Hampton actively participates in community discussions to drive meaningful dialogue. Her commitment to fairness, equity, and inclusivity is evident in her past role as a board member for the ACLU of Central Florida. 

Most recently, Attorney Hampton was appointed to the Civil Service Board for the City of Orlando. This appointment is a testament to her civic interest and dedication to serving the citizens of Orlando, Florida. Additionally, she is honored to join the Board of Directors of LGBT + Center Orlando, Inc. in January 2024. 

Lastly, Temika is an avid world traveler, proud wife and mother, and distinguished Stetson University and FAMU Law alumna. Go Rattlers!
