I hired them cause they were all I could afford after my ex walked out with our savings account. They managed to get the job done but they're were condescending, barely communicated, canceled phone meetings if they just didn't feel like answering my questions, didn't keep me appraised of the progress and were rude and nasty and belligerent when I followed up. They seemed to care more about being buddies with my ex's lawyer than representing me fairly and fighting for me. It was a traumatic divorce already made worse by their attitude. If you can afford any other lawyer, do it. Don't use these guys unless you like being abused and are really desperate for your divorce to be finalized (I was).

Over 10k spent on a child custody case that took 7 months time and still had no mediation date!! I was given every excuse under the sun by Cassie Bell and Amina Turner until I found new representation. It took 3 weeks for the judge to sign off on paperwork but with all that being said my new lawyer was able to get mediation dates settled by both parties in under 2 weeks time! I havent seen my daughter in months because I had bullshit representation! This group did not live up to their quality of reviews and they pride themselves on using ’technology’ but their telephone lines are so sophisticated you cant ever get ahold of anyone in a timely fashion. Do your homework before hiring pricey lawyers who are just going to SIT on your case!!

I called them to schedule the free 15 minute phone consultation… I let it be known that I was calling on behalf of my mother because there’s a slight language barrier and the receptionist (or whoever he was) informed me that they don’t take clients who can’t speak the language even if I am here to assist. Which I find very weird and off-putting, especially in this day and age, because it has never been an issue any other place!! He then proceeds to give me the number of another attorney located in Kissimmee and said that’s where they refer people to (people with language barriers I suppose?? Or people they just don’t want to take on as clients for whatever odd reasoning they have).

Please do not use this lawfirm!! If I can save ONE person from having their bank drained and future ruined it would mean everything! Tiara young is the absolute worst attorney period... She dropped the ball and didn't bring ANY evidence I provided to court which would have proved my case 100%, there was no legal strategy!! I sent hundreds of documents of proof even live video etc and she didn't submit any of it and lost my case after charging me $8k on an injunction and still wants more when she didn't even look at or open the evidence I provided but billed me as if she did, I know because after court I asked her why she didn't use the videos I sent and she said what videos and I showed her and she acted like she's never seen them... finance department likes to wait the day before court to call you to demand $2k and threaten that if it's not paid today they won't be at court tomorrow, literally all 3 times prior to court they did this.. I also had her retained for my dissolution of marriage but when I told the lawfirm that what she did was absolutely wrong and that if she can't be trusted for a simple injunction where I have all the proof to show the lies then I can't trust her to oversee my divorce where the same allegations are being said with the same proof I have for the injunction but that with so much money and value in property that will need to be split up and my 2 year old daughter involved I cannot trust her and would like/need a different attorney, they decided to drop me and wont give me a refund on my divorce case... Since the day of court and me confronting her on why she didn't use the evidence provided she hasn't and cannot provide a logical reason nor does she even have the morals or values to answer the phone, call me, email me, she has her team do it for her yet none of her "team" can answer my questions of why she did what she did and why she didn't use the evidence etc... She cannot and will not speak for herself and explain ANY valid reason she did what she did or how to fix it or take any responsibility at all, she's been hiding from it and having her "team" desl with me... If she had ANY morals or values or cared about her clients or just humans in general she would have done the right thing from the start and if she made a mistake or dropped the ball she should have taken responsibility instead of just demanding more money.. These people really don't care, they don't seem to understand or care about how their actions and lack of diligence causes a HUGE domino effect with so many things, child visitation, classes and paying more money, the impact on my mental health and how it threw me into a severe depression set me back so far.. Not once did I feel that anyone other than Nick, (Tiaras assistant), had ANY compassion or care for me, not once was it about me daughter or my life or making sure things were good and lined up, it was all about money and that's all they cared about... I never got calls or updates, the communication was absolutely HORRIBLE but once the court case was done and they said I still owed them they would literally call my phone back to back, again I have receipts of everything, but call til my voicemail picked up, either leave a message or hang up and literally call right back anywhere from 3 to 5 times in a row sometimes 2 different times a day but was everyday for almost 2 weeks til I called in and had a talk with them as well as the threats stopped because they couldn't say, pay this or we won't be at court tomorrow, it was all "hey we would like to work this out and get paid, we even have payment plans etc we are willing to work with you!" When they never acted like that or even told me I could make payments or anything ever from the start when I told them the situation how my wife had taken all the marital funds and that I was struggling, just like how I asked for a new attorney and they dropped me and wont give me the money that wasn't used in the trust.. the least they could have done was give me what I had in the trust knowing I have to find a new lawyer... $>MORALS

Mynika Martin might just be the sharpest mind you’ll ever encounter. Her attention to detail is hands down the best I’ve seen and I work in a highly technical position where every semicolon has its place. I am very satisfied with the representation I received from this law firm. I was very nervous when I had my case because that was the first time I had to go before a judge. I am naturally an over thinker and my anxiety was really bad because I didn’t have a clue of what to expect. Every time I got on the phone to ask questions Ms. Supatra Cooper was very patient and understanding. She was a very good listener and did not mind repeating herself just to make sure my mind was at ease. Started my case 7 months or so ago and nothing, spent months waiting on a ledger that according to the department of revenue I don't need and I'm getting charged for every phone call and no results. I paid up front, and still waiting for a call back from my lawyer whom I called on Monday or Tuesday this week and she hasn't even called me back. Wow.. Hoping for results soon. I went off of these results on google and the results thus far are just no bueno

Spend thousands here with Attorney Supatra Cooper. Only for her to mess up my divorce agreement. Then charge me to take my ex-husband to court for "Contempt".Only to tell me on the day of court that she does not have an argument. Total spent was almost $10,000 for nothing. I ended up having to hire another attorney.Thanks Conti Moore. I would gladly speak with you about my experience at your law firm. I was given bad representation. Spent thousands and still spending thousands at this time with another attorney because of what Supatra Cooper did with my agreement. Then she collected another $3000 in January for "Contempt" and on July 11th the day of court she called me 9:00 am that morning to tell me we do not have a case and then she cancelled the hearing at the court house. Left me helpless and broke. Now I have to pay another attorney to be fixing the mess she created with the divorce agreement that she wrote.I am amazed an attorney could get away with something like this. I need you to look into this for me. I will be calling you. Thanks!Ms. Conti I spoke with you about two months now about this situation. You told me you would request the file and call me back in 2 weeks. You never called me back. This is very disappointing. Your attorney gave back a little over $500 after I paid all those thousands of dollars, but you should have told her to give back more than that. Especially since I had to hire another attorney to clean up the mess she created. I was successful with the other attorney. This is the same case your attorney says she did not have an argument.I would recommend either Supatra goes back to sitting the Bar exam or you assigned a senior attorney to oversee her work.I would definetly not recommend your company to any one that is seriously looking for good representation.

I decided to go with this law firm after seeing the reviews, but after the experience I had I’m honestly convinced that all these reviews had to be bought and not earned. I’m only writing this as an honest to God warning for anyone thinking about using this firm.They make promises in the beginning in order to onboard you and have you pay the retainer and then go back on everything they say when the time actually comes. Also be aware that they will run up your bill unnecessarily and without warning and then refuse to keep progressing on your case until you give them even more money.
